The new office desks have been a great addition to our space. They have given us more room in the office and, most importantly, allow everyone to have their own dedicated workspace. The setup feels much more organized and functional, and the additional space has made a big difference for the team. The installation team was also great to work with. They were very accommodating, supportive, and patient throughout the entire process, which made the installation go smoothly.

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for sharing this, Merakey! We’re so happy the new desks have given everyone a workspace of their own and made the office feel more organized and comfortable. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with our installation team too! We hope everyone enjoys settling into their new space!

I consider myself very lucky to have found Arnold's Office Furniture online. My company built new office space and, out of the 3 partners, it was delegated to me to identify and purchase new furniture. I reached out to Arnold's and they immediately made me feel comfortable with the decision-making process. I shared with them our floor plan, our "aesthetic", and our vision for how we wanted our new office space to look. They even re-worked our original floor plan to make it more efficient! Robin & Persephone literally talked me through each decision and we couldn't be happier with our furniture! However, the outstanding service didn't stop with ordering our furniture. Jackie then took over as my primary POC to keep me informed of the progress of our delivery. Ultimately, our new building construction held up delivery, but Arnold's had no issue "holding" our furniture until we were ready for delivery. Arnold's was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Pics made with work still on-going within our building.

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Jeff! We’re so glad you found us and that Robin, Persephone, and Jackie made the whole process easy from planning through delivery. We loved helping bring your vision to life, and the office looks amazing already! We hope you and your team enjoy the new space!

Response from the owner:Thanks so much for coming back to us, Tom! We’re glad we could help add the height you needed to your cubicles without having to replace the entire system. We really appreciate your continued support!

New building construction. We ordered the cubes as the building was being built. They are now delivered and assembled. They exceed my expectations and are very nice quality. We ordered furniture remotely from Indiana for our office space in Delaware. Kathy and Jennifer of the Arnolds team were responsive, professional, and overall extremely easy to work with. I've been working with Arnold's Office Furniture since August of 2025 to supply workstations furniture for our Inside Sales Team. Throughout this time, I've had the highest regards for the team at Arnold's Office Furniture. Arnold's have responded promptly and accurately to every request, and in a highly efficient and professional manner. I especially congratulate Kathy Santa Croce, Ashley Rodriguez and Jennifer Kirlin and the rest of the Arnold's team for their amazing efforts to get this project completed. They've fully met all of our expectations, and we're extremely happy with the results. I would strongly recommend them in the future.

Kathy & Kyra were wonderful to work with, from the beginning to the end. We got multiple quotes in the area and they beat them all in terms of both quality and price. Didn't try to upsell or add pieces we didn't need. A win win. Designing and scheduling was a breeze. We did have one hiccup with installation, when some of the pieces were delayed, but they shipped out temporary pieces for us and got everything dialed in promptly after. Everything looks great, and we're very happy so far.

Response from the owner:Thank you for the kind review! We’re glad Kathy and Kyra made the process smooth and that you’re happy with the quality and pricing. We appreciate your patience with the installation delay and are happy everything turned out great.

They consistently respond promptly to quote requests and maintain clear, professional communication throughout email exchanges and purchase order acknowledgments. Their team is reliable, easy to work with, and attentive to our needs. Our customers have been very pleased with the cubicles we've purchased—they're well-designed, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. We couldn’t be more impressed with the Sunline Series 500 Architectural Glass Walls. The finished product has a sleek, modern look that completely elevated our clients space. We just completed our second sale and installation— each over 200 linear feet of this system—and the design consistency have been outstanding each time. The Arnold's team has been supportive from the very beginning, providing guidance and quick responses throughout the entire process, all the way through to the install.
