The new office desks have been a great addition to our space. They have given us more room in the office and, most importantly, allow everyone to have their own dedicated workspace. The setup feels much more organized and functional, and the additional space has made a big difference for the team. The installation team was also great to work with. They were very accommodating, supportive, and patient throughout the entire process, which made the installation go smoothly.

I consider myself very lucky to have found Arnold's Office Furniture online. My company built new office space and, out of the 3 partners, it was delegated to me to identify and purchase new furniture. I reached out to Arnold's and they immediately made me feel comfortable with the decision-making process. I shared with them our floor plan, our "aesthetic", and our vision for how we wanted our new office space to look. They even re-worked our original floor plan to make it more efficient! Robin & Persephone literally talked me through each decision and we couldn't be happier with our furniture! However, the outstanding service didn't stop with ordering our furniture. Jackie then took over as my primary POC to keep me informed of the progress of our delivery. Ultimately, our new building construction held up delivery, but Arnold's had no issue "holding" our furniture until we were ready for delivery. Arnold's was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Pics made with work still on-going within our building.

Kathy & Kyra were wonderful to work with, from the beginning to the end. We got multiple quotes in the area and they beat them all in terms of both quality and price. Didn't try to upsell or add pieces we didn't need. A win win. Designing and scheduling was a breeze. We did have one hiccup with installation, when some of the pieces were delayed, but they shipped out temporary pieces for us and got everything dialed in promptly after. Everything looks great, and we're very happy so far.
