We have worked with Jim from Arnold’s for all of our office furniture needs. They have responded quickly, and always met our deadlines for delivery. Every piece of furniture has looked brand new. A pleasure to deal with from day one. Our furniture was compiled in 2 separate orders. The first half I picked up at their warehouse outside of Phillie where the manager meticulously advised on assembly. We assembled at our office with ease because of his advice. From the forklift operator to the sales staff, they could not have been more friendly and helpful.The 2nd half of the order was shipped directly to our office from the manufacturer ahead of schedule. When does that happen, especially in our current environment?A top notch organization!!!. I would highly recommend them for your office furniture needs.

Semi truck drivers! The place is tight. You’re gonna park on the left side of the street paying attention to many cars parking there as well. When done loading/unloading you’re gonna have to back up all the way to the crossing street as there is no outlet ahead.

The first word that comes to mind when dealing with Arnold’s is “EXCELLENT!!”. I have been ordering supplies from Arnold’s over the last few months, and it always has been an amazing experience. My most recent order had a slight hiccup, but the CEO Jay immediately contacted me and resolved this issue quickly. Today when I picked up the items I purchased, I was greeted by Bobby. Bobby was such a caring individual, making sure I had great recommendations for local areas for food before I headed back to NY. I will continue to do all of my business with Arnold’s and I highly recommend them! Thank you Jay and thank you Bobby!!!

Super easy process from start to finish. The staff was friendly and great to work with. I could not find a better price or better service. Not to mention the items arrived super fast. Fantastic customer service, competitive pricing and very easy to do business with. I have had my fair share of office furniture deals and I will continue to come back to Arnold’s for future dealings. They run a good ship and I will make sure to send people I know needing office furniture to Arnold’s. Everyone of their staff members has been fantastic to work with, very dynamic too!They did it again, this time I needed an additional workplace at home and within 24 hours they had me set up, their warehouse manager Dave Johnson was critical in this and his effort was very much appreciated.

Our office is based in Shreveport, La, and after more than 15 years of drab brown panels, we finally were able to upgrade to these beautiful cubicles and reception station!!! We liked the look that Arnold’s offered and they worked with us to make sure everything was perfect! Their installer came and easily put our cubicles up. We did have a few hiccups along the way, but Joy @ Arnold’s and her team were able to take care of everything to ensure that we were taken care of. Great Customer Service! Quality furniture! Joy Tovas is awesome!!! I highly recommend Arnold’s Online if you are looking to upgrade your office furniture!

From the start of getting quotes to the installation of new cubicles, Arnold’s Office Furniture (AOF) has out shined the competition. Their ability to be flexible, requoting for multiple design changes, being on sight to demo the units, on sight for delivery and setup, AOF was available to assist with any unexpected issues. AOF meet and exceeded my expectations. I’m so impressed, that I have recently requested a new quote for additional cubicles and have told other organizations about them. 5 Stars!!

The Arnold’s team was a pleasure to work with all the way around. Kevin helped us with the selection of our office furniture and then we worked with Max to coordinate delivery and everything showed up just as planned. The delivery drivers / installers were great as well. We will definitely turn to Arnold’s in the future for all of our office furniture needs.

Wow am I more than happy with Arnold’s and their team. I was really being pushed by my boss to get this project wrapped up before the end of the year and Ryen Neuman and Max Borden worked with me to get this done. I had an 11th hour emergency with changing a color scheme and Ryen worked with me through the weekend to get this completed, there will never be another furniture vendor we will work with other than Arnold’s!

I wanted to review the recent purchase that my company made from Arnold’s Furniture and describe how pleased we have been with the entire process. The Sales Associate that I worked with was Alissa and she was so patient, and assisted me with every aspect of designing our space and selecting the appropriate cubicles and furniture. I was extremely impressed with the drawings and layouts that were provided. After placing our order, we were assigned a dedicated Project Manager, Joy, who was meticulous about every detail to ensure that our order delivery went smooth. The instructions that she provided and installation packet had everything that we needed. She was also available via email, text, and phone to assist with anything that we needed. The furniture is beautiful (highly impressed with the Sunline cubicles) and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be a repeat customer and will now be using Arnold’s for all of our office purchases!

I’ve had three sit stand desks at work. Each one failed within weeks and replacement costs were astronomical. Finally called Arnold’s and got a great price and quick delivery.The desk moves quietly, quickly and smoothly and is easily programmable for two positions.Overall, outstanding experience.

Not even a hurricane kept them from delivering on time! We outfitted a 70 person development environment with cubes and ‘work as you will’ spaces and the team from Arnold’s handled it all. The whole team, Sales, Project Management and Delivery coordination, get high marks in their performance. The product recommendations and commitment to fulfilling on our aggressive timeline was nothing short of amazing. We are an Installation Company out of Baltimore whom has had the privilege of coming west to Install a project for Arnold’s Office. We normally work in the DC market with the Major distributors like Haworth, Steelcase, Knoll and Herman Miller. But I was very impressed with the quality of this Operation, it being a small company. In comparison to the Major manufacturers Arnolds is a top notch organization. Joy Tovas was on task with drawings, details, communication as well as Materials list. The space plan was on point and they made good use of every inch. I look forward to working with them much more in the future.
