The Project

TrinDocs (Winter 2026) :

Trindocs recently experienced significant growth and outgrew their existing office space. As Director, Heather Short led the move into a new 6,500 sq. ft. building—an opportunity to completely redesign their workspace from the ground up.

Heather’s vision was clear: create a space that encourages collaboration, maximizes natural light, and provides a productive environment for a team that spends much of their day on the phone—all while minimizing noise and distractions without sacrificing openness.

With a full renovation underway, Heather needed a partner who could provide guidance, expertise, and responsiveness. After conducting extensive online research and reaching out to several office furniture companies, she was looking for a team that truly understood her needs and could bring her vision to life.

Arnold’s Office Furniture quickly stood out—responding within hours and delivering an initial floor plan within 48 hours. From the start, it was clear this would be a collaborative and supportive partnership.

To bring Heather’s vision to life, the space features 10 Sunline Signature Cubicles and 110 linear feet of Sunline Synergy Glass Walls 800 Series, balancing privacy with openness and natural light. The project also included nesting training tables, a conference table, a reception desk, and ergonomic seating.
