Rob Pfister is Executive Vice President of Sunline Office and Arnolds Office Furniture, leading Sales, Marketing, Design, and Business Operations. With more than 40 years in the commercial office furniture industry, he’s known for building strong relationships and helping organizations create productive, cost-effective workplaces while enabling dealers and partners to grow their sales and profitability.
A collaborative, hands-on leader, Rob believes great companies are built by developing great people and delivering exceptional service, and under his leadership the companies have grown through expanded distribution, innovative products, marketing, and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Rob cherishes time with his wife, Ann, his childhood sweetheart of more than four decades, their three daughters, and four grandchildren. He’s an avid sports and golf fan who enjoys music, concerts, travel to warm-weather beaches, and staying active—always making time for the people and memories that matter most.
