As Vice President of Finance and Human Resources, Nicole has been with the company for four years and currently oversees all aspects of finance and human resources at Arnolds. With over 25 years of accounting and business management experience, she brings a firm yet energetic and enthusiastic leadership style that motivates her teams and strengthens company culture. Nicole greatly enjoys problem solving, forecasting, and budgeting, and takes pride in finding creative, practical solutions that drive the business forward.
Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her family and finds her happiest place anywhere near the beach. A devoted Christmas fanatic, she spends the entire year counting down the days until Halloween—when the decorating can officially begin.
