The Project

Veritas HHS (Summer 2024):

Veritas HHS, a valued customer of Arnold’s Office Furniture since 2019, recently expanded its operations with the opening of two new offices—one of which required furnishing across all three floors.

As they grew, Veritas continued to rely on Arnold’s for their office furniture needs, citing competitive pricing and exceptional responsiveness as key factors in their decision. Roberta Mayers, Director of Program Innovation at Veritas HHS, praised Arnold’s team for their outstanding communication, stating, “Excellent! Arnold’s team worked very closely with our Implementation Manager to ensure that the design, ordering, delivery, and installation went smoothly.”

For this project, Arnold’s provided a comprehensive office furniture solution, installing 95 Sunline Select cubicles, 36 office desks, various chairs, nesting tables, meeting tables, and a conference room table, ensuring that Veritas’ new offices were fully equipped for success.

The Solution

To ensure a seamless installation process, Arnold’s worked closely with Veritas HHS to coordinate furniture delivery and setup alongside other contractors, ensuring all deadlines were met for the office openings.

Minor adjustments were required due to the placement of columns, but these were swiftly addressed on-site through collaboration between the Veritas team and our installers. In the ever-changing construction environment,  Arnold’s remained adaptable, making sure that all furniture arrived at the installation site on time. Any damaged items were promptly reordered and replaced, demonstrating Arnold’s commitment to delivering a fully functional and high-quality workspace for Veritas HHS.
