The Project

Turlock Irrigation District (Summer 2026) :

Turlock Irrigation District needed to reorganize one of its divisions to make room for additional staff. After comparing quotes from three office furniture companies, TID chose Arnold’s for the competitive pricing and ability to meet their two-month timeline.

The project was completed in two phases. TID removed the existing cubicles and installed the new furniture in-house, while an electrical subcontractor handled the necessary wiring. Arnold’s coordinated the order and delivered everything to TID’s warehouse for their team to install.

The finished space included (14) 8′ x 8′ Sunline Signature workstations with 65-inch-high panels, height-adjustable desks, built-in storage, and integrated electrical.

The Solution

Arnold’s worked with TID to provide a workstation package that fit the division’s needs, budget, and two-month timeline. The furniture was delivered to TID’s warehouse in partial shipments, making it easier for their team to complete the self-installation in two phases.

TID shared that communication, design turnaround, and delivery for the initial order were very good and timely. When they later requested a quote for additional panels, however, the follow-up took longer than expected. Their feedback helped highlight an area where Arnold’s could improve, especially when supporting customers with additional needs after the initial order.

Overall, the project gave TID the additional workspaces it needed while allowing its team to manage the installation around its own schedule.
