The Project

Location 1 (Fall 2021):

During COVID, while everyone was WFH, RICK Engineering seized the opportunity while their building was empty to research and craft office environment upgrades.  RICK was committed to transforming the office into a modern environment where people wanted to come and work everyday. RICK contacted Arnold’s to modernize their outdated San Diego, CA, headquarters furniture with 130 new Sunline cubicles

Location 2 (Fall 2023):

During the San Diego project, RICK acquired another engineering firm in Tucson, AZ, and while San Diego was getting installed, they continued their mission to standardize RICK’s offices by ordering another 12 new Sunline workstations with upgrades.

The Solution

RICK Engineering worked hand-in-hand with Arnold’s on having two model cubes ordered and installed at their headquarters to test out and “convince them” of their flexibility, durability, and overall design. To no surprise, our workstations impressed even the toughest crowds at RICK, and within days they were placing their first location order. They had plenty of time and opted to order factory direct from Arnold’s for a discount, and within a few months, were ordering 12 more cubicles for their second location while they installed at their San Diego HQ.

The Numbers

• 142 cubicles purchased and installed.
• 7 cubicle accessories added to upgrade the workstations.
• 2 location outfitted with new cubicles.
