The Project

HMB (Spring 2025) :

HMB, a growing business, sought to furnish its newly acquired office space in Mount Juliet, TN, to support ongoing expansion and a growing team. They were looking for a furniture provider that could offer both competitive pricing and strong, responsive customer service. The project centered on outfitting a newly leased location with high-quality, functional pieces that matched their professional environment.

To meet these needs, Arnold’s outfitted their space with  21 Sunline Select cubicles, 5 private office desks,  1 conference room table, and 1 square table, all selected for their modern design, durability, and efficient use of space.

The Solution

Despite an initial 12-week timeline, the project was delayed 1–2 months when one of HMB’s office spaces fell through. Arnold’s responded with flexibility, adjusting plans to fit the new schedule and helping the client avoid added storage and moving costs. Minor issues, like damaged furniture, were quickly resolved with prompt delivery of replacement parts.

Strong communication across Arnold’s sales, project management, and installation teams ensured a smooth experience. With a well-planned design in place, the full installation was completed in just two days. The client praised Arnold’s responsiveness, professionalism, and collaborative approach—ultimately recommending us for an outfit at their Murfreesboro location!
