The Project

Grande Cosmetics (Fall 2025):

As the client prepared to move into a new office location, they needed new furniture to support their team and workspace layout. Having worked with Arnold’s Office Furniture on several successful projects in the past, they reached out again with confidence, knowing they would receive high-quality products and dependable service.

The project included outfitting a single location with 32 Sunline Select Cubicles, resulting in an organized and functional workstation layout. The team worked efficiently and remained flexible to accommodate a schedule that changed throughout the project.

The Solution

Arnold’s Office Furniture managed every aspect of the project, from design through delivery and installation, while navigating a constantly shifting schedule due to unforeseen challenges at the new location. Despite the tight timeframe and changing target dates, the team remained flexible and proactive—accelerating design efforts and coordinating delivery and installation to keep the project on track.

To ensure deadlines were met, Arnold’s went above and beyond by securing additional installation support and coordinating the reuse of components from previous projects, even picking them up en route to installation. Communication remained excellent throughout the process, with the account manager, design team, project manager, and installers working seamlessly together.

The result was a smooth and efficient installation completed to the client’s satisfaction. The cubicles were delivered and installed successfully, leaving the client extremely pleased with the outcome and confident in Arnold’s expertise and commitment to getting the job done.
