The Arnold's team was a pleasure to work with all the way around. Kevin helped us with the selection of our office furniture and then we worked with Max to coordinate delivery and everything showed up just as planned. I wanted to review the recent purchase that my company made from Arnold's Furniture and describe how pleased we have been with the entire process. The Sales Associate that I worked with was Alissa and she was so patient, and assisted me with every aspect of designing our space and selecting the appropriate cubicles and furniture. I was extremely impressed with the drawings and layouts that were provided. After placing our order, we were assigned a dedicated Project Manager, Joy, who was meticulous about every detail to ensure that our order delivery went smooth. The instructions that she provided and installation packet had everything that we needed. She was also available via email, text, and phone to assist with anything that we needed. The furniture is beautiful (highly impressed with the Sunline cubicles) and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be a repeat customer and will now be using Arnold's for all of our office purchases!

I’ve had three sit stand desks at work. Each one failed within weeks and replacement costs were astronomical. Finally called Arnold’s and got a great price and quick delivery. The desk moves quietly, quickly and smoothly and is easily programmable for two positions. Overall, outstanding experience.

I was tasked with outfitting an office for 25 people on very short notice. I googled cubicles and came across Arnold's Office Furniture. I was able to speak with someone right away, they took the project details and said I would be contacted. I was contacted very quickly by Jordan. He helped me organize all the space data needed to start looking at floor-plans. I had a working floor plan that afternoon. We had a few more discussions the next day and Jordan had a formal proposal for me to submit to ownership. Arnold's was one of three quotes I obtained, they had pricing within my budget and worked very hard to ensure all my questions were answered. Timing of delivery and install with key for this project, I was assured by Jordan that they could install within two weeks. (even with Thanksgiving a couple days away) I selected Arnold's because of Jordan's responsiveness and assistance, coupled with pricing. The approval was given at 4pm the night before Thanksgiving, Jordan ensured that the project was in the cue that night. I returned from the holiday weekend to a call stating that they were able install sooner than expected and would be here on 12/4. Delivery and install team were very diligent and wonderful to work with. Delivery, install, clean-up and review were done to perfection. There was constant follow up on Arnold's behalf throughout the entire process. I am a very satisfied customer and will use Arnold's going forward and I suggest you do as well. Thank you!

I highly suggest this company if you're looking for incredible customer service. Specifically, I'd recommend purchasing through Ian Borden - a truly phenomenal salesperson I had the privilege of working with. He is understanding, responsive, and extremely professional. He never took even 24 hours to get back to me with any questions or concerns I may have had. I've been in the middle of a project for the last few weeks and Ian has been phenomenal in helping me find options within my price range, style preferences, etc. We even had renovation problems and he wasn't pushy in pressuring me into a purchase in the meantime. Which makes me think he's truly concerned about finding you the best possible deal rather than simply to upsell you for commissions. He's by far made my life tremendously easier in this extensive project and I would recommend him personally to anyone looking for office furniture.

I highly recommend Arnold’s Furniture!! Just amazing all around. Our company in Germantown, MD had a very big project: upgrade all of the cubicles in our office for the production floor. I searched for office furniture companies and got some good quotes from several places, but what sold us on Arnold’s Furniture was the fact that the owner Jay and builder Tommy traveled hours from their showroom in Pennsylvania to MD just to show us in person how great their cubicles are and talk to us in person and answer any questions we had. They even came back a second time a few days later to set up the Sunline cubicles in the way we were looking to have it designed just to see how it would look with the spacing of 6 cubes together. Keep in mind that we hadn’t hired them yet and they already went above and beyond. We were sold! :) Jay sent the proposal, he gave us a great price, he even included the removal of the old cubicles, worked with our schedule by having the builders come on Saturdays so that our employees and work production weren’t affected throughout the week, and it was set. Jay kept in contact throughout the entire process which we really appreciated. Now for the project preparation and execution: First I worked with Connor, in the CAD department who helped me create my design on paper. I had a very basic drawing of what we wanted as the layout. Connor made the blueprint of it with measurements and then adjusted it until it was perfect for the owners of my company. Many thanks to Connor for his great work!! :) Next came project planning: Joe, the head project planner, was assigned to our project and I couldn’t be happier. Originally we had three consecutive Saturdays that the guys were going to come down and build, but we were able to coordinate and get the project done in two Saturdays with a little maneuvering and having the guys come on Friday afternoon. He was great with all of the planning. He came down, visited the office so that he could see the dimensions and visualize the project and answer questions that we had. He also worked with our IT team regarding the network and electric cabling. Finally, he made sure that once the project was done, that all of the pieces were perfect and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thanks Joe!! I also have to give a big thanks to the builders who worked tirelessly to get the project finished. Tommy who is the head builder and his son Joey, and Roy and his son worked hard to build our 50+ cubicle layout. They were great! Tommy and Joey even came back down to put the finishing touches on the project. The production floor in our office looks so good and the whole project went so smoothly that the owner of our company decided to hire Arnold’s again to do our IT department!! If you want quality office furniture and amazing complete service, look no further than Arnold’s, they do it right!! We are very satisfied customers.

I recently purchased the Sunline Sliding Cubical from Arnold's and am super pleased with the product, the price and the service. The cubicals came in on time as promised, just as advertised super easy to install, and my sales rep, Jim, as very responsive to all my questions and extremely professional. The prices are great and the quality is better. It took a little longer than expected, but we did order 'off the menu'. The install was superb! Fast, efficient with an end result that is very contemporary & stylish. Besides looking great, we came within our budget! Did I mention we are located out of state? Staff is extremely helpful & they even called me after hours to keep me update to date on delivery times.

Took delivery 1 of 2 of our furniture from Arnolds. They delivered and assembled cubicles and workstations on the first delivery. We are now waiting for the second delivery of 35 chairs. I have spoken to the owner several times who is committed to making sure we are happy with our purchase.

Our company had been trying to settle on a plan to redo a large space for over two years. We talked with other furniture places, but prices were prohibitive and their high-priced plans would not have provided ample individual workspace. We found Arnolds Used Furniture on the web while planning an outing to IKEA and it turned out to be a Godsend. We started out working with Jim and he was fantastic. He patiently described all our options, listened to what we were trying to accomplish with the space, and made excellent suggestions. Michelle helped us with the space plan. We ended up choosing custom made furniture which turned out to be very high quality for a fraction of what it would cost to buy from other manufacturers. We had tight deadlines and Michelle helped coordinate deliveries so everything arrived on time from different sources. We did our own install, and all went smoothly due to Arnold's close attention to specs. They painted some used items for us, and the paint job was fantastic--everything looked new. Responsiveness and customer service was excellent, and there were no surprises. I highly recomend them and will continue to use them as we grow our business.

My company recently moved into a new space in the Bucks County area and were in need of work spaces to fill it up. I had a specific look and feel in mind, but I also had a budget. A quick search took me to Arnold's and they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Jay made it easy for me to come down and take a look at the products in person and was eager to work within my tight delivery time frame. While I was at the showroom, I received a thorough education on office chairs. To the point where I was able to go back to my CEO and sell him on spending a little bit more to get a really great chair. The cubicles are used, so they are not perfect, but pretty darn close. The team at Arnold's refinished any marred surfaces prior to installation and we couldn't be happier. The crew sent to install were skilled and efficient and I was so impressed to hear they they travel all over the country installing for Arnold's. If you are in the market for used office furniture, I would highly recommend going to Arnold's for their service, selection and pricing!

When local companies could not fill our office furniture needs, I turned to a Google search and discovered Arnold’s Used Office Furniture. Their entire team maintained a courteous and professional work ethic throughout the project. All members performed their jobs diligently and with a positive attitude, even when placed in rushed situations. The project was set in three stages and three different crews were used during the stages. Everyone was very polite and our employees were not disturbed in any way. The workstations look great! We're getting compliments from staff and visitors. Ryan and his installation team took very good care of us. I began my internet search for a granite conference table and ended up buying all of my office furniture from Arnolds. There are several reasons that my experience at Arnolds was excellent and any of them alone would have been reason to purchase my furniture from them. Beginning with service, I was assigned a salesperson, Barbara Jones, and she promptly contacted me and has been with me every step of the way to answer my questions, deal with any complications, and go the extra step to make sure I was happy. When I became concerned about spending so much money on out-of-state furniture without being able to see it first, I received a personal call from the owner to tell me the history of Arnolds and made sure I was comfortable with my decision, followed up by a personal email. All of the furniture has far exceeded my expectations and there is no way I could even purchase this quality of furniture in Albuquerque, either new or used, and certainly not at these prices. Everyone is stunned at my new conference room furniture and I am certain I am the only attorney with a solid mahogany and black granite conference table. The surprise gift was discovering that the large hutch that I purchased with the expectation that it was part of the table and credenza set was that it is an antique built of solid mahogany and I estimate that the antique hutch alone was worth what I paid for my entire office of furniture from Arnolds. I told Ms. Jones of my discovery and she congratulated me and still discounted my invoice for a couple of chairs that did not match the others rather than passing the buck and saying "well the hutch was worth a lot more than what we sold it for so we are not discounting or taking the non-matching chairs off of the invoice." Finally, all of my payments have been handled professionally, fairly, and I was allowed to pay in a combination of payment sources without any complaining or fuss.
