Our company had been trying to settle on a plan to redo a large space for over two years. We talked with other furniture places, but prices were prohibitive and their high-priced plans would not have provided ample individual workspace. We found Arnolds Used Furniture on the web while planning an outing to IKEA and it turned out to be a Godsend. We started out working with Jim and he was fantastic. He patiently described all our options, listened to what we were trying to accomplish with the space, and made excellent suggestions. Michelle helped us with the space plan. We ended up choosing custom made furniture which turned out to be very high quality for a fraction of what it would cost to buy from other manufacturers. We had tight deadlines and Michelle helped coordinate deliveries so everything arrived on time from different sources. We did our own install, and all went smoothly due to Arnold’s close attention to specs. They painted some used items for us, and the paint job was fantastic–everything looked new. Responsiveness and customer service was excellent, and there were no surprises. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them as we grow our business.

We had the pleasure of purchasing six Herman Miller My Studio work spaces last week. Our experience started with Ryen Neuman who walked our CEO and I though the process, connecting us to Jordan Berkowitz, CEO of Arnolds. From the first call, Jordan and his CAD design team showed us different option that would fit the space just right. Once we picked the best floor plan, Jordan provided excellent pricing and we opted for the full white glove service option. The delivery and assembly crew were on time to the minute and stayed a full twelve hours assembling everything. Once assembled, they even cleaned every single piece by hand which really impressed us. We are very happy with the entire experience and certainly and really are happy we selected Arnolds.

I was referred to Arnolds by a colleague. Since we’re located in New Jersey, I was close enough to take a trip and explored their inventory on the showroom floor. It is an expansive facility and I was immediately welcomed and encouraged to explore. The owner Jay introduced himself during the tour and spent considerable time discussing the project, our needs and offered quite a few valuable recommendations and solutions.

From then, we have worked with Jay, his project management, space planning and installation teams. They are all service oriented, customer focused individuals that can be counted upon. Our specific installation went extremely smoothly, and the install team handled logistics, coordination and scheduling with building management and resources diligently. All of the installers were considerate and very careful with loading, unloading and handling of the furniture. A finishing crew with an eye for detail was very attentive and exceeded my expectations for even miniscule items that were unnoticeable. We were very pleased with the end product and will engage Arnolds again in the very near future for a space we recently acquired in Miami. I recently had a conversation with some of our board members and actually mentioned that we would never pursue acquisition of new furniture since we’ve found an alternate solution that provides equal to new appearance at a 70% differential. In summary, I would highly recommend Jay and his team. One more detail: there were several times that I sent correspondence to Jay well past midnight, and on every one of those occasions received an immediate response within a couple of minutes. That was impressive!

Ryan: your responsiveness and patience with our many requests for CAD drawings was very much appreciated and enabled us to pick furniture that is a perfect fit for the large, awkwardly shaped office. Kate: the delivery team was wonderful and accommodating. We sprung on you the possibility of a last-minute second delivery to another location and we very much appreciated the willingness to accommodate that request, if necessary. The delivery men were careful with the installation and very patient with us. First, we practically hovered over them as they installed the furniture because we were so eager to see if it would look good in the space. Then we couldn’t decide which of the two tables we had purchased worked best as a conference table in the executive office. We were literally calling in all of our colleagues to look at both tables and vote on which worked best in the space. All the while the clock was ticking away and even though the delivery men had a long drive back to Pennsylvania they were nothing but patient and professional.
