We ordered furniture remotely from Indiana for our office space in Delaware. Kathy and Jennifer of the Arnolds team were responsive, professional, and overall extremely easy to work with. I've been working with Arnold's Office Furniture since August of 2025 to supply workstations furniture for our Inside Sales Team. The cubicles were delivered quickly, and it did not take us long to put them together. Great service and merchandise.

Kathy & Kyra were wonderful to work with, from the beginning to the end. We got multiple quotes in the area and they beat them all in terms of both quality and price. Didn't try to upsell or add pieces we didn't need. A win win. Designing and scheduling was a breeze. We did have one hiccup with installation, when some of the pieces were delayed, but they shipped out temporary pieces for us and got everything dialed in promptly after. Everything looks great, and we're very happy so far.

He worked with us to find the best options for our office. Tim worked around our schedule to get the installation set up. The installers were great, gentleman I'm sorry I forgot your names, and got our cubicles set up quickly. We are very satisfied all around and know where to go in the future as we expand.

Customer Service is hard to find these days. What project doesn't have its problems? We hired Arnold's Office Furniture to do a fairly large project for us, install and build furniture in a large open office area. We ran into scheduling problems from the very beginning. Then we had a few other issues after that. Every time something came up, Arnold's handled it quickly and efficiently and professionally. In the end the project turned out beautiful. They worked with us to fully meet our expectations. We are extremely happy with the results. They not only have a fine product at a reasonable price, but they know how to offer customer service as well.

We are very pleased with our cubicle. Arnold's furniture have been terrific. They adjusted their policy and sold us one cubicle instead of several as is their policy. They wanted to help us get what we needed for the school.
